Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and effectively to leads generated through website inquiries, organic lead generation, and agent interactions.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective students understanding their needs and aspirations, agents and other stakeholders
  • Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and admission requirements.
  • Address any concerns or issues raised by prospective students, ensuring their satisfaction and providing timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and enhance conversion rates.

Requirements:


  • MBA + 3 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in education or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of international education systems, programs, and admission processes is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
