Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to leads generated through website inquiries, organic lead generation, and agent interactions.
- Build strong relationships with prospective students understanding their needs and aspirations, agents and other stakeholders
- Provide accurate information about our programs, services, and admission requirements.
- Address any concerns or issues raised by prospective students, ensuring their satisfaction and providing timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Keep updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights and enhance conversion rates.
Requirements:
- MBA + 3 years experience in customer service or sales, preferably in education or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of English
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective students.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
- Knowledge of international education systems, programs, and admission processes is an advantage.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fastpaced environment.
