Key Responsibilities:

- Set clear expectations, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate team performance to facilitate growth.

Client Communication:

- Understand client needs and communicate effectively to capture their creative vision.
- Present and explain creative concepts to clients in a way that resonates with their goals and preferences.

Creative Direction and Planning:

- Provide clear and inspiring creative direction, ensuring alignment with the established vision and objectives.
- Review and approve creative materials—designs, copy, videos, artwork—to maintain quality and meet project objectives.

Project Management:

- Efficiently manage multiple projects, balancing priorities, timelines, and resources.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions to ensure timely delivery.

Collaboration and Brand Consistency:

- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and relevant teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Uphold brand guidelines, ensuring all creative assets maintain a cohesive visual identity.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, marketing, communications, fine arts).
- Its Best if you have experience in any Digital Marketing company.
- Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably with client communication responsibilities.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects and concepts.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client interactions.
- Ability to balance creative thinking with strategic business objectives.
- Innovative mindset and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills, even under pressure.

As the Client Services Administrator or Client Communicator, you will play a pivotal role in leading our creative team and ensuring that client needs are met creatively and effectively.

From ₹40,000.00 per month
