    Your will be's :


    • Translate complex design problems, user pain points, and research findings into practical and impactful design solutions
    • Quickly visualize and prototype ideas to communicate concepts, conveying design ideas via sketches, wireframes, hifidelity mockups, prototypes, and/or animations
    • Create iterative designs that meet product objectives, fit within Noise Design guidelines, and respond to feedback and usability test.
    • Strive to elevate the product by crafting elegant visual design systems from modern UI patterns and trends, from concept to execution
    • The articulate strategy behind design decisions
    • Be an advocate for the user & lead by example
    • Have ownership and accountability of specific digital products or product verticals
    • Ability to clearly articulate a problem space and design solutions that meet user needs as well as business goals.
    • Ability to quickly incorporate feedback and efficiently produce highquality professional work
    • Ability to accurately set, manage, and meet deadlines.
    • Ability to lead and mentor younger designers and ensure good quality of output
    • Ability to proactively collaborate with stakeholders from product, tech and marketing
    • Ability to work on and manage multiple design projects
    • Ability to create designs of international quality in a loosely defined and fast paced environment

    • Strong fundamental knowledge of design principles, user behavior and design trends.
    • Experience conducting and analyzing user research.
    • 10 years designing high impact consumer facing digital experiences.
    • A deep passion to think differently and challenge conventional approaches to design.
    • Proven expertise in multiple areas of UX design, including research, IA, visual design, prototyping, user testing, etc.
    • Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, prototyping tools).
    • Familiarity with design systems and brand guidelines.
    • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong presentation and influencing skills.
    • A strong balance between idealism and pragmatism in thought and action
    • Being a thought leader when it comes to user experience and design in general
    • An online portfolio of professional work is required.
    • Proven experience working on and conceptualizing/art directing for motion design and micro interaction elements in digital product
