    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • You will act as Point of contact between customer and client.
    • You will be responsible for Customer interactions, solutions delivery, client management, delivery management, People management.
    • You will be leading & providing Ping identity related solutions to the client, resolving conflicts, Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING.
    • You will be involved in Development, Designing, Testing and Troubleshooting Applications onboarding and access issues.
    • Providing engineering support for client's application teams using PING SSO service development, onboarding, service integration, by implementation of new and enhanced features
    • Engineering expertise in PING products and technologies PingFederate, Ping Access, Ping Directory, PingOne etc.
    • Attend all required meetings with application teams.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve access issues reported by end users and service providers.
    • Connecting application teams and gathering required information for new onboardings apps
    • Should work on lower and production environments.
    • Design, Test and Troubleshoot Applications onboarding and access
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • Proven experience (58 years) working as a network architect, with a focus on designing and implementing PING solutions.
    • Indepth knowledge of PING protocols, including ICMP, TCP, and UDP, and their role in network communication.
    • Strong understanding of network architecture principles, including routing, switching, and load balancing.
    • Proficiency in network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, Ping Plotter, and Nagios.
    • Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze complex network issues effectively.
    • Solid understanding of network security principles and best practices, including firewalls, encryption, and access control.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients.
    • Industry certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
    • Experience working with cloudbased networking solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
