Job Overview

We are currently seeking a Purchase Executive to join our team at OS Management Consulting Services. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services needed for our operations. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in purchase management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in purchase management
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
• Experience in negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers
• Proficient in using purchase management software and tools
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for the organization, including sourcing, selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
• Ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services required for the company's day-to-day operations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize purchasing procedures and reduce costs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and requirements
• Evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels
• Prepare and present reports on purchasing activities and outcomes to management
