Responsibilities
incoming queries, requests & complaints.
Social Media.

  • Demonstrate good timemanagement skills and the ability to work
independently while using departmental resources, policies, and
procedures.

  • Maintains acceptable performance metrics such as quality, productivity,
response time, resolution time, CSAT, and attendance.

  • Liaise with other departments as required to resolve customer issues and
concerns. Building and developing knowledge and expertise on the process
to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Work with the team to stay updated on product, and process knowledge
and be informed of any changes in company policies.

  • Ensure customer requests/queries/complaints are effectively managed.
Logging issues at different project stages, customer complaints, and
escalations.

  • Sales assist & business generating operations to ensure sales assist out call
is done to all leads received through various marketing and business
development activities via Inbound mode.

  • Minimum 1year experience in Customer Support function
  • Must be in Pune or willing to relocate to Pune.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and very good
typing speed.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, be a team player, and a quick learner.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices.
  • Track record of overachieving targets with ownership of the assigned
tasks.

  • Ability to interact with a wide range of people across departments and
build strong positive relationships.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to make
complex, detailed information clear and actionable, as well as strong
influence management skills to gain alignment and commitment.

  • You drive outcomes through, persuasion, negotiation, and building
consensus with external and internal stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience
information.

  • Identifying customer needs and taking proactive steps to maintain positive
experiences. Quickly identify risks and develop mitigation plans.

  • You have expert knowledge of tools like Google Sheets and MS Excel.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
