What this job involves:
Serving on the front lines of customer service
Are you a people person who can make daily interactions such a breeze?
In this role, you'll be in charge of one of the busiest places in the mall. Constantly on the go, you'll give our visitors a warm welcome, and guide them with their queries. In other words, you will set the benchmark in giving our company a good first impression.
Throughout the day, you will also handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution. Therefore, it is essential to remain professional and polite in the way you present yourself, from appearance to behaviour.
You will spend each day looking at how you can maintain and improve for maintaining a threat free environment in the complex through proper awareness of the security protocols.
Being at the heart of the businessPerforms Security Planning-Risk Assessment & Effective Guarding Strategies
Maintains and updates Security Policies and Procedures manual
Maintains a working knowledge of all current building security and life safety code requirements.
Establishes and updates project specific security procedures and crime deterrent programs.
Reviews security after hour's reports and monitors performance.
Conduct & impart the training to the security staffs.
Responds to customer's & comments in a courteous and timely manner.
Communicates & coordinates regularly with appropriate others to maximize the effectiveness & efficiency of interdepartmental operations & activities.
Implement Disaster & Emergency management plan as scheduled.
Prepare reports; Perform related duties as assigned.
Ensure grooming of security guards.
Must be fully aware of all the posts & its relative duties; Maintain complete decorum & discipline of the complex.
Must brief, train, & deploy his security guards to accomplish the required task.Remain vigilant at all times & to observe the area of impending threat or danger.
Must strictly follow emergency instructions & protocols advised by his seniors.
A highly skilled professional
You should be a graduate in any discipline and have two to five years' experience in. Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reporting is also vital for this role.
If you're familiar with occupational safety requirements matched with strong computer literacy and the ability to manage activities using different systems, then you might be the best fit for this job.
A client service champA strong security focus is a pre-requisite of this job.
