We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Care Executives in Navi Mumbai If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy assisting customers, this role is perfect for you.


Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and accuracy
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues effectively

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
