The Talent Acquisition coordinator reports into the Talent Acquisition Partner/Manager

  • Your responsibilities
  • Support the creation of demand forecasting practices
  • Manage the applicant flow within our applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate all interview activities
  • Prepare offer letters
  • Manage the preoffer and preemployment checks
  • Oversee the on boarding process for new hires
  • Identify process efficiencies and opportunities for improving the applicant or hiring manager experience
  • Construct and analyse detailed reporting from applicant tracking system to monitor requisition, interview, offer and onboarding statuses
  • Ensure audit compliance
  • Meet/exceed key performance metrics to include stakeholder experiences, response times and quality.
  • Should be able to work effectively in a moderately complex and demanding environment while maintaining a professional attitude and demeanour"
  • Collaborate with the wider TA community to support and deliver key projects and initiatives aligned to our Group TA Strategy and as defined by BU People strategy
  • Your skills & experience
  • Your qualifications
  • Minimum 25 years of operational experience with an HR or Talent Acquisition function
  • Should have written and oral communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals
  • Organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple demands without missing deadlines
  • Demonstrated time management skills, teaming skills and teamwork orientation
  • Proactive and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Prove communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certification in psychometric and ability assessment methodologies is desirable.
