JOB DESCRIPTION
Database Creation:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive database for telecalling activities.
Identify and compile relevant information to build a targeted and effective database.
Regularly update and cleanse the database to ensure accuracy.
Telecalling:
Conduct outbound calls to both existing and new databases to promote our products/services.
Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional and engaging communication.
CRM Reporting:
Utilize CRM tools to document and track all customer interactions and sales activities.
Generate regular reports on call performance, lead conversion, and other key metrics.
Ensure the CRM is up-to-date with accurate and relevant information.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets.
Work closely with marketing to align telecalling efforts with ongoing campaigns.
Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to product/service improvements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role.
Strong proficiency in creating and managing databases for telecalling activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and the ability to generate and analyze reports.
Education and Experience:
3 Year Diploma in Comp. Science or Electronics / Btech / BCA / MCA. Certifications on Azure or AWS will be added advantage.
Salary:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
