The Office of Regulatory Obligation (OLO) program is a firm-wide, global initiative that brings together the expertise of Legal, Lines of Business (LOBs), Oversight & Control, Compliance, Risk and other key control functions, to proactively manage regulatory changes in our operations and allow us to trace end-to-end connections between laws, rules and regulations on the one hand, and our policies and procedures that demonstrate compliance on the other.


The JPMorgan Risk and Compliance Office of Regulatory Obligations (\"OLO\") team is responsible for the oversight and management Risk End-to-End Legal and Regulatory Process Program ("Program").

This Program is sponsored at the operating committee level of JPMorgan Chase ("JPMC").


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform QA sample testing to predefined test scripts on a defined periodic basis.
  • Identify issues that could result in a potential failure. Perform horizontal testing across Sub-LOBs to identify potential inconsistencies in Performer/Relier tagging and procedure mapping.
  • As a result of testing identify and document 'best practices' for incorporation into subsequent phases of the QA lifecycle.
  • Produce and maintain QA MIS for communication to Risk and Compliance OLO Stakeholders & Senior Management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing for efficient execution; build strong relationships with internal clients Ensure risks & issues are escalated appropriately within the governance structure.
  • Ensure accuracy of QA documentation and files.
  • Deliver quality results and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
  • Identify areas of disparity or inconsistency and notify the appropriate parties.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum University/Bachelor's Degree with at least 46 years of relevant experience and 810 years of industry experience
  • Experience with risk management, control management, compliance and audit in the financial industry desirable
  • Ability to understand and interpret Legal documents and Operational procedures.
  • Very strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proactive approach to problem solving, owning the issues and having the determination to follow through on tasks /issues.
  • Very strong communications and interpersonal skills; ability to build consensus and history of success working in a team environment.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues concisely and communicate effectively and comfortably at all levels.
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities and monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes.
  • Willingness to ask questions, challenge processes and seek out answers.

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role

  • Highly proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint, PitchPro, Qlikview.
Working Hours: 1:30pm to 10:30pm India time/4am to 1pm NY time
