    Overview:Therole of an Audit Manager is crucial in ensuring the integrity offinancial and operational processes within an organization. TheAudit Manager oversees the audit team conducts risk assessments andensures compliance with regulations and internalpolicies.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Developand implement audit plans including risk assessment and auditscope.
    • Lead and manage the audit team providingguidance and mentorship.
    • Conduct and overseefinancial and operational audits to identify areas forimprovement.
    • Evaluate internal controls andrecommend enhancements to mitigaterisks.
    • Review and assess compliance withpolicies procedures andregulations.
    • Communicate audit findings andrecommendations to senior management.
    • Ensuretimely completion of audit reports and followup on actionplans.
    • Stay updated on relevant regulatorychanges and industry bestpractices.
    • Collaborate with external auditorsand stakeholders during auditprocesses.
    • Participate in the development andenhancement of auditmethodologies.
    • Handling Direct TaxMatters and acting as a virtual Chief Financial Officer(vCFO)


    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or relatedfield.
    • Professional certification intermediate/IPCC
    • Advanced knowledge of financial analysisand reporting.
    • Ability to handle multipleprojects and meetdeadlines.
