Zetta Women is a diversity hiring and consulting firm engaged in working for women on a career break who would like to return to work; and has been working with both large and small organizations for recruitment since 2019 barring the pandemic year and some time thereafter.


We would like to convert the consulting and recruitment firm into a non-profit without straying away from the core objective of working for women on a career break.

We would like to expand the scope of our work to areas such as healthcare, mental wellness, physical wellness, financial advisory for women, fund raising and resource mobilizing for under priviledged children / women, among other things.


We would like to work with a few non-profit-oriented interns who can be part of the setup later on if they wish to.

The job would include and not restricted to
- planning
- registering
- corporate connect
- fund raising from investors
- recruiting
- empanelling NGOs to whom we can align for causes

There would be a lot more to work on which we can discuss later.


Job Type:
Internship

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
Up to ₹3,000.00 per month
