Job Responsibilities:
Client Communication:
Coordinate with clients through WhatsApp and phone calls to provide information about Smotect's products and services.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions promptly and professionally.
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Monitor and reply to comments, messages, and inquiries on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Customer Support
Provide support and guidance to customers on their quit smoking journey, offering encouragement and assistance.
Logistics Coordination:
Work closely with the delivery partner to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries to customers.
Monitor delivery schedules and address any potential delays or issues proactively.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, communication, and sales-related data.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback for management review.
Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales or Customer Service.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
