Job Description :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.

3+ years of experience in backend development.
Experience in the startup ecosystem, preferably in the Fintech space, will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
Guide and mentor SDE 1 and SDE 2 engineers to help improve their technical skills.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Collaborate effectively with internal customers and other dependent development teams at trillion loans to develop new applications successfully.

Requirements :

Proficient in MySQL-InnoDB, Java (Spring Boot) and familiarity with React Js and MongoDB.
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud services.
Familiarity with various design and architectural patterns.
You should be responsible, transparent, reliable & accountable with good stakeholder management skills.
