As a Performance Marketer at Project Nirvana, you will play a key role in driving growth and maximizing ROI through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

From leveraging data insights to optimizing ad campaigns, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
• Utilize Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
• Create and implement UTM parameters to track campaign effectiveness and attribution accurately.
• Set up events in events manager to capture and analyze user interactions and behavior.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. (Must-Have)
• Ability to create and implement UTM parameters effectively.
• Experience in setting up events in events manager.

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in Digital marketing or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or any related field or Relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in running multiple ad campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

across teams.

• Creative thinking with a focus on driving results and achieving objectives.

Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
