Description
Is responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items, in his section to ensure highest possible quality at all times- Be responsible for stocks and control of wastage, in according to company standards.
- Cooperate with staff in each section as assigned by the head chef to ensure the proper use of equipment and efficient completion of all tasks.
- Stock up the assigned kitchen with raw materials and ingredients on a daily basis
- Have a complete understanding of the hotel's employee handbook and comply with the regulations contained within.
- Carry out cleaning within your own department ensuring that hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
- Maintain good working relationships with your own colleagues and all other departments
Pay:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
