Job Summary:


  • As a executive in Packaging Development team, coordinate for Development of Blister/cartonator change parts for new product launch as well as commercial/Site transfer products. According to that prepare the Packaging data sheet and forward to documentation team to prepare MPaR.
  • During new change part development, required packing material send to change part vendor as per agreed time line for change part trial.
  • Ensure the SOP's revisions and impart the training as on when required.
In a team ensure the compliance.

  • Preparation, Review and Ensure the Packaging material specifications.
  • Work as a team and support our corporate values of Collaboration, Courage, Perseverance and Passion; Demonstrates strong and visible support of our values.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop the change part drawings and there on time approval for new product launch as well as commercial /site transfer products.
  • Prepare Packaging Data Sheet and followup for approval process with various department and forward to documentation team to prepare MPaR for new launch products as well as commercial/STT products.
  • Preparation, review of Packaging material specifications on time as per the requirements.
  • Providing die lines to graphics team and provided technical support for artwork creation as a token of technical tooling assessment/review.
  • Track wise activity like assessment and packaging data sheet initiation and SOP/Format revision.
  • Ensure end to end (primary & secondary) feasibility for the new launch product as well as if any change required in the existing product for smooth operation.
  • Ensure the new supplier for packing material, prepare the comparison report. coordinate the packaging material trial.
  • Ensure the SAP master data update for weight and measurement and provide the details to concern team for update the SAP.
  • Prepare the packaging validation protocol and report and impart the training to all respective departments.
  • BLUE LAMS activity like initiation, review and approval of commercial and submission artwork.
  • Preparing dieline tool assesment form for new launches and as per customer/regulatory/operation team requirement. Provided die line details to the customer/marketing representative and graphics team.
  • Preparing the artwork change (ACMI) form based on the market and operation team requirement.
  • Coordinate with vendor, customer for develop the change parts, die line and artworks.
  • To escalate immediately to concerned superior/manager for any deviation/noncompliance /abnormal observation.
  • Shall always be ready to accept new challenges & multifunctional activities.
  • Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
  • To perform all other duties as assigned by superiors.
  • To coordinate with change part vendor for placebo availability, and time line of change parts /verification of blister format parts during change part development.

Job Requirements:


  • Education
  • M.SC, B PHARMA
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Adequate knowledge in packaging development activity and artwork management.
  • Manage the trouble shooting of packaging process.
  • Adequate knowledge on regulated markets requirement about the artwork and packing materials.
  • Adequate knowledge in QMS trackwise and BLUE LAMS software.
  • Should have good communication and interpersonal skills along with Computer efficacy in MS-Office and Internet.
