We are a leading event AV technology company based in Kerala, India, seeking a superstar Customer Relationship Executive with event management experience.

You'll be responsible for cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their events run seamlessly with our cutting-edge technology solutions.

What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations.
Manage the entire client lifecycle, from initial contact through event execution and postevent followup.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, and technology) to ensure a cohesive and successful client experience.
Develop and present proposals that showcase our AV solutions and their impact on events.
Manage event logistics, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects stay on track.

What You Bring:

Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a related field.
Proven track record of building and nurturing strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A passion for the event industry and a keen understanding of event technology trends.
