Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Calls to be made daily
  • Identify and research potential customers through various channels.
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, key decisionmakers, and stakeholders.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and aftersales.
  • Lead negotiations with potential customers, focusing on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales managers or product specialists, to address specific customer requirements and finalize sales agreements.
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts by upselling, crossselling, and fostering longterm customer loyalty.
  • Conduct regular checkins, provide ongoing support, and identify opportunities for account expansion or relationship enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Gather market intelligence, share insights with the sales team, and contribute to product or marketing strategy discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams.
  • Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and selfdevelopment.
  • Promote the company's brand and maintain a strong knowledge of its products, services, and industry trends.
