    Tech Analyst - AWD :

    What you will be doing ?

    This position is with Retirement group with following Responsibilities :

    - Involves in the analysis of information provided by a large number of sources.

    Decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding of requirements, assess the current capabilities of the enterprise and identify gaps which prevent it from meeting business needs, Identify where change is required to achieve objectives, and document gaps and solution opportunities.

    - Specify detailed requirements according to standard templates, using natural language.

    Write business requirements that are clear, concise, accurate and at the appropriate level of detail to ensure understanding by the business stakeholder team.

    Document and maintain requirements by performing requirements analysis and verification.

    - Work with Business Analyst to understand business problems and rewrite them into fast and efficient solutions that ultimately help our customers.

    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    - Knowledge of when and how to use business assessment tools (e.g., feasibility studies, business cases and/or cost/benefit, project sizing and costing, and current state analysis/needs assessments).

    - Understanding of how the people, processes and technology within an organization interact in relationships and patterns to create a feasible solution on projects of medium to high complexity.

    - Process oriented, logical thinker.

    - Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

    - Experience in creating and/or participating in the planning and estimating of full SDLC activities

    - Proficient at managing self to meet established delivery dates on multiple assignments.

    - Ability to master complex tasks with minimal supervision.

    - Adaptable and able to learn quickly.

    - Experience with System Integration.

    - Experienced working in a matrix environment.

    - Proficient in developing test strategies, test plans, establishing test data, executing test scenarios and managing/tracking issues.

    - Skilled in the use of Visio or other process or flow chart tool.

    - Strong knowledge of business processes related to business channel supported.

    - Must be able to meet with clients of varying levels to gather, document, and analyze system specifications and requirements, work closely with developers and testers in the fast-paced environment.

    - Ability to offer solutions and the business impact to clients in a clear and concise manner.

    - Ability to work collaboratively with others in team environment.

    Skills :

    - Minimum of 3-5 years of mutual fund or financial industry experience in an operations and/or project role.

    - Experience with the AWD application (preferred) or any other workflow application as either a user or an administrator.

    - Experience with system configurations and workflow updates.

    - Strong knowledge of the Retirement Plan business.

    - Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.

    - Ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed functional and/or technical specifications.

    - Demonstrated ability to develop alternative solutions to complex problems and recommend the best solution to the business and project team.

    - Ability to apply acquired knowledge from prior experience effectively in new situations (medium to high complexity)

    - Demonstrated advanced analytical and problem solving skills.

    Qualifications :

    - Degree or equivalent

    - Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations and learn new processes and technologies quickly

    - Previous experience in the Financial Services Industry, specifically as related to defined contribution and define benefits administration

    Competencies :

    - Excellent communicator

    Ability to discuss technical and commercial solutions to internal and external parties and adapt depending on the technical or business focus of the discussion

    - Attention to detail

    Track record of authoring high quality documentation

    - Organized approach

    Manage and adapt priorities according to client and internal requirements

    - Self-starter but team mindset - work autonomously and as part of a global team
