    Important responsibilities in this role will include:


    • 2-4 years of experience in business research, market intelligence, or consulting, with a focuson the CPG sector.


    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, consumer behavior, and industry dynamicsto identify key insights and opportunities for clients.


    • Develop cost models to assess the financial implications of various business strategies,pricingmodels, and cost optimization initiatives within the CPG sector.


    • Provide strategic recommendations and actionable insights to clients based on researchfindings and cost modeling analysis, helping them make informed business decisions.


    • Deliver in-depth competitive intelligence by analyzing competitors' strategies, productofferings, pricing structures, distribution channels, and marketing activities, by heavilyleveraging primary research methodology.


    • Stay updated with industry developments, emerging trends, and best practices within the CPGsector to continuously enhance research capabilities and deliver value to clients.


    • Build and maintain strong client relationships by demonstrating expertise, professionalism,and delivering exceptional service.

    Skills we're looking for:


    • Strong knowledge of the CPG industry, including market dynamics, competitive landscape,and key players.


    • Proven track record of conducting primary and secondary research, including datacollection, analysis, and synthesis, with the ability to draw actionable insights.


    • Expertise in cost modeling, including the ability to develop and analyze financial modelsto assess the impact of various business strategies, pricing models, and cost optimization initiatives.


    • In-depth understanding of competitive intelligence methodologies and the ability togather, analyze, and interpret competitive data to provide strategic insights.


    • Proficiency in utilizing research tools, databases,and industry-specific resources to gather information and data.


    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present researchfindings, cost modeling analysis, and competitive intelligence to diverse audiences.


    • Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality reports, presentations, and otherclient- facing deliverables


    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines,and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.


    • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment todelivering excellence.


    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, economics, marketing,or related disciplines. A Master's degree is preferred.
