Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Operations:
- Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Provide information to visitors and callers, including directions, company policies, and procedures.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
Administrative Support:
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Support other administrative staff members with various tasks as required.
Communication and Relationship Management:
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with individuals at all levels.
- Handle inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month

Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
