Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Operations:

Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
Answer incoming calls, determine the nature of inquiries, and transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
Provide information to visitors and callers, including directions, company policies, and procedures.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

Administrative Support:

Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Assist in the coordination of office events, meetings, and conferences.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
Support other administrative staff members with various tasks as required.

Communication and Relationship Management:

Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with individuals at all levels.
Handle inquiries and complaints, escalating issues as necessary.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Salary:
