Position:
Front-Line Supervisor (FLS)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of workers to ensure smooth operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Train new employees and ensure they understand safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to achieve production goals.
- Maintain records of production data, including output, downtime, and quality metrics.
- Address worker concerns and provide guidance to resolve workrelated issues.
Qualifications:
- ITI (Fitter) qualification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and make decisions in a fastpaced environment.
- Basic computer skills for recordkeeping and reporting.
Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
