Job Summary:


As an Institutional Sales Executive for Corporate Gifting, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients to promote and sell the company's gifting products and services.

You will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop strategies that drive sales growth, increase revenue and profitability, and ensure customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for corporate gifting products and services

Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals

Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials, product presentations, and customized solutions to meet clients' needs

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve the company's products and services

Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the company's brand and generate leads

Prepare and present regular sales reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities


Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in the corporate gifting industry

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required
