Description
Assisting quality manager in QA department processes

  • To ensure job setups and Inprocess Inspection is carried out in all shift and to ensure quality at all shifts
  • Compliance to manufacturing control plan/control plan parameters during inspection
  • Control of limit samples for inprocess inspection
  • Implementation SPC as per control plan
  • Manufacturing Process audit
  • Product audit
  • Layout inspection
  • Control of NC Products
  • Analysis of Data
  • Continual Improvement
  • Corrective actions for supplier NCs
  • Corrective action/preventive action for inhouse NCs
  • Monitoring and achieving objectives
  • Preventing the risks that affect performance of the organization, product quality/product safety/customer satisfaction,
  • Identifying and Implementing opportunities.
To maintain applicable records


Salary:
₹13, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Periyanayakkanpalaiyam, Coimbatore ,

Tamil Nadu:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)


Experience:
