Responsibilities:


  • Provide comprehensive academic counseling to students and professionals seeking guidance on online and distance education courses.
  • Understand individual needs, career goals, and academic aspirations to offer personalized counseling services.

Guide students through the admissions process, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines.

Stay updated on trends and changes in the higher education sector, providing insights to enhance counseling services

  • Participate in training programs to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

Educational Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in a relevant field. Freshers can also apply.
  • 12 years of experience as an Academic Counselor in an Edtech company.
  • Indepth knowledge of online and regular education courses in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to guide students through the admission process.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems used in Edtech companies.
