Customer Support Intern - Delhi, Delhi, India - Paytm
Description
At Paytm Insider we're looking for a Customer Support Intern to join our team.
We need an intern who is comfortable interacting with users and is interested to learn about events and how to handle questions from users about events.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolving and replying to queries.
- 2. Managing incoming customer service queries.
- 3. Ensuring to meet SLAs set for queries via all relevant communication channels.
- 4. Sending timely eventsrelated or customerrelated communication.
- 5. Coordinate with internal teams like client servicing, business development, marketing, tech, product, etc.
- 6. Identify and assess customer needs, and feedback and share them with relevant teams to achieve customer delight.
- 7. Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives within the time limits.
Requirements:
- Good command over written and verbal communication.
- Problem solver.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations.
- Flexible based on business needs and requirements.
