Service Manager Responsibilities:

Supporting customers through technical and administrative activities.
Understanding customer needs and concerns.
Providing technical direction to the team.
Using various strategies and tools to provide effective solution to customers concerns.
Providing a high level of customer service.
Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
Preparing and submitting service reports.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical engineering or a related field.
2 or more years' service & installation planning experience preferably commercial kitchen equipment.
Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software including AutoCAD and solid works.
The ability to work with multiple discipline projects.
Excellent Service & Installation management and supervision skills.
Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decisionmaking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
Ability to travel as and when required.

Salary:
₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bengaluru, Bengaluru , Karnataka:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
