He/She should have good knowledge of 3Ds Max or Maya.- He/She should be able to create 3D model of furniture (like bed/sofa, cushion, etc)
- Should know Vray (if working in 3Ds Max) and/or substance painter for texturing models.
- Should be able to work under tight deadline
- Should be able to work with team.
