Key Responsibilities:

Identifying Prospects: Research and identify potential corporate clients within the designated market segments.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate sales targets and expand the customer base.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers within target organizations.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings.

Pipeline Management: Manage sales pipeline effectively, including lead generation, qualification, and tracking of opportunities through the sales process.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.


Requirements:


  • Proven track record in corporate sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on building mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsoriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking and reporting.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not Mandatory):

  • Experience in selling B2B services or solutions in [industry/sector].
  • Knowledge of [specific industry/sector] trends, challenges, and competitive landscape.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling techniques and solutionbased selling approaches.

Pay:
₹15, ₹30,000.00 per month
