Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and skilled Internal Auditor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits across various functions, identifying risks, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our operational efficiency and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations.

Identify and evaluate the organization's risk areas and provide key insights for mitigating these risks.

Collaborate with management to implement audit findings and recommendations.

Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document the proposed process.

Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in accounting, tax laws, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Candidates experienced with Chartered Accountant firm/ Industry Preferred.

Proven experience of 3-5 years in an internal audit role, preferably within a consultancy or accounting firm environment.

Strong understanding of audit methodologies and risk management practices.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.

Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to present complex information clearly and confidently.
