IT Associate II (Job Monitoring)

What You'll Be Doing

Provide firstlevel IT technical 24/7 support by resolving basic to moderately complex technical issues related to program scheduling on critical systems.
Coordinate resolution of issues as needed with Development and Level 2 Support Teams
Escalation to Level 2 Support team as and when needed and Update the existing Action Matrix document as defined in respective IT environments.
Research common problems and recommend solutions; prepare Monthly Status report and review with Development/Level 2 Support teams.

What We Are Looking For

Typically requires a 3year degree and 13 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience.
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of related experience on IT Support fields.
Support Associate with strong knowledge of Data Warehouse Concepts.
Expert knowledge of ETL Informatica tools.
Expert knowledge of Database Management Systems (Oracle) and its best practices. principals
Expert knowledge Unix Shell Scripting.
Expert knowledge of OBIEE / Power BI tools.
Identify and troubleshoot ETL Job problems (e.g., performance, data issue etc.,)
Expert PL/SQL, SQL, skills & experience would be an added advantage.
Knowledge on Appworx or Airflow or cron job scheduling experience would be an added advantage.
Works independently or as Team member; receives mínimal guidance.
Good Communication Skills.
