Field Sales Representative (Life Insurance)
Position Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals for the role of Field Sales Representative, responsible for selling life insurance products.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our life insurance offerings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales acumen, and a deep understanding of life insurance products and their benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build a robust pipeline of prospects and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closure.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers about the features and benefits of life insurance products.
Collaborate with customers to understand their insurance needs, analyze their financial situations, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Product Promotion and Market Intelligence:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions related to life insurance.
Actively promote life insurance products through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
Participate in marketing campaigns, roadshows, and other promotional activities to generate awareness and interest in our products.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
In-depth knowledge of life insurance products, policies, and regulations.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
Salary:
₹10, ₹29,762.37 per month
