    Overview

    The FP&A Manager will be responsible for providing analysis and support of the Global COM P&L and operations in India. In addition, the individual will be the finance business partner for the local functional teams in India. This role is based in Noida, India. The individual that fills this position will be a finance professional who, as a result of education or experience in corporate finance, possesses the knowledge and skills necessary to perform these tasks.

    Responsibilities

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual variance analysis, in conjunction with the accounting team for all areas of the P&L
  • Support preparation of the monthly, quarterly and annual executive and board level presentation materials
  • Preparation and coordination of the budget/forecast
  • Work on new contracts and deal structuring and commercial decisions (Pricing, Margin)
  • Assist with business requirements review for business cases and ongoing tracking
  • Provide support to business leaders, product, operations and sales
  • Provide support to cost centre owners
  • Assist sales teams with pipeline management and reporting
  • Assist with special projects in other areas of the finance group as required

    • Qualifications

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, or related field
  • 07+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Workday or other ERP systems
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to understand and control confidential information with absolute discretion
