Key Job Description:

Responsible as a Site IT Lead.
Perform Application Administration activity.
Implementation of desktop policy and its adherence.
Execution/Verification of data backup and restoration and documentation of this activity.
Prepare and/or Review software qualification for activity including challenge test with documentation.
Liaison with Vendors.
Follow Site QMS procedure.
Responsible for preparation, review, and adherence of SOP & its attachments at all locations.
Review of Site Annexures and its reporting.
Project Management for New Implementation.
Support and Respond to Audit Compliance.
Inventory Management of GxP Applications and IT Infrastructure.
Maintain and monitor defined SLA and Evaluation of Vendor.
Track and Analyse Change Request.
Preparation, Execution and Review of validation documents.
Project Management for site Infrastructure initiatives.
Implementation of Good x Practices (x
Manufacturing, Laboratory and Clinical) related to IT at site.
Server Administration (Log and Alert Monitoring, Space Management, Hardening, AD Policy Implementation, Decommissioning of IT Infrastructure etc.).
Data Centre Monitoring.
Anti-Virus Management on server.
Trouble Shooting and Maintenance of Servers, Systems, Software and Network Components.
Installation and commissioning of server, system, software, and network component.

Requirements:

Qualification:
B.E. EC / B.E. IT / B.E. IC

Years of Experience: 4-8 years

Experience in Zydus: 12/24 months

Experience / Exposure in:

IT CSV
