Job Description and Responsibilities:

• The BMC Software Lead Education Developer is the technical development expert in assigned BMC product areas and also an expert on development tools and processes.
• Based on this the Lead Education Developer takes over the development of complex standard and customer training content.
• Lead Education Developer can work on several projects simultaneously.

**PRIMARY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• The Lead developer is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on BMC products and keeps updated on the latest BMC technology changes.
• Builds a network of SMEs, to rely on for questions.
• Develops content directly him/herself with high quality and based on the latest standards.
• Develops Advanced level & Expert level courses, and certifications for BMC customers & partners.
• Builds product images for the team. Troubleshoots finds a solution to image & lab problems independently or with SME help.
• Helps team with efficient migration of the gold image.
• Lab testing for courses.
