US Recruiter's Roles and Responsibilities:
Must have strong convincing skills.
Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on board.
Should possess a good knowledge about various technologies in the trend.
Address the consulting needs of a significant client account.
Maintaining the best database.
Should possess Good communication and Great convincing skills.
Good Negotiation, Sourcing, and Networking Skills.
Ability to negotiate with experienced consultants who are looking /aspiring for H1 Transfers.
Excellent knowledge of Job Portal searches on the likes of Monster, Career Builder, Dice, etc.
An aggressive team player with a strong hold on niche technologies in the IT market.
Knowledge of Employment Type W2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
Good experience in cold calling, and price negotiation.
Must have high knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing, Calling consultants.
