    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Lead the design and development of Java-based software solutions, ensuring they meet performance, scalability, and security requirements.

    2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document technical requirements, architecture, and design specifications.

    3. Analyze existing systems and architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    4. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers, helping them to follow best practices and maintain coding standards.

    5. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the quality and maintainability of the codebase.

    6. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve the development process and application architecture.

    7. Lead the implementation of best practices for unit testing, continuous integration, and deployment automation.

    8. Act as a technical liaison between the development team and other stakeholders, such as product managers and business analysts.

    9. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Java development and related technologies.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    2. Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.

    3. Strong understanding of Java-related technologies and frameworks, such as Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.

    4. Experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level applications using Java/J2EE technologies.

    5. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    6. Solid understanding of software design patterns, performance optimization, and security best practices.

    7. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
