Responsibilties:


  • Act as the point of contact for the Founders' among users, investors, team members and other external partners
  • Serve as an extension of the Founders', take on a wide breadth of tasks and responsibilities so that they can refocus on other areas as necessary
  • Draft and manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the Founders'
  • Understand the business problem and business requirements; break down the problem to create a tailored approach to suit the business needs
  • Manage all the projects at the organization and group level that need Founders' intervention. Ensure the open tasks are taken up by respective team members, acted upon and close looped
  • Work with teams and lead teams on assignments and manage the communication with all stakeholders
  • Draft a strategy for the business identifying target segments and key growth opportunities
  • Ensuring all the projects and tasks assigned to all should be completed in a timely manner
  • Developing and sustaining longstanding relationships with partners/vendors
  • Research external opportunities that could help and organization penetrate new areas in the market
  • Managing the calendars of the Founders'
  • Take down minutes of meetings
