-About the Role:


As a Sales Executive at International Academic & Research Consortium (IARC), you will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's reach and fostering mutually beneficial relationships with academicians, researchers, and institutions.

Your primary responsibility will be to promote IARC's services and membership facilities to potential customers, including academicians, scholars, students, and research institutions.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of an internationally acclaimed research consortium while engaging with the academic community.


-Responsibilities:

Generate Leads:
Identify and prospect potential customers, including researchers, scholars, academicians, and academic institutions, to expand IARC's membership base.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients to promote customer loyalty and ensure continuous engagement.


Collaborate with Research Community:

Engage with researchers, academicians, and institutions to understand their needs and propose relevant solutions that align with IARC's offerings.


Attend Conferences and Events:
Represent IARC at academic conferences, seminars, and workshops to network with key stakeholders and promote the organization's services.

Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and academic sector developments to identify new opportunities and potential areas of growth.


Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in CRM systems or other designated tools.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets to contribute to the overall growth of IARC's membership and services.


Education:
bachelor's degree in any relevant field (Sales, Marketing, Business, or related disciplines). A background in Science or Academics is advantageous but not mandatory.

Experience:
Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in the academic or research industry. Freshers with strong sales acumen and a passion for academia will also be considered.

Excellent Communication:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse academic audiences and build rapport.

Goal-Oriented:
Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.

Networking Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to network, develop contacts, and establish connections within the academic and research community.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales and communication tools.

Language Skills:
Proficiency in English is essential. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus, given IARC's aim to promote various languages.
