WORK FROM HOME
- We are a NZ based company hiring people from overseas and giving an opportunity to work from home. The purpose of the role to make tele sales to new and existing customers and visit customers as per business needs. You need also promote the services to the customers.
Make calls to sell broadband and power, voice services or any other products introduced by company from time to time, to the customers on daily basis with the leads and script provided in each week.
- You need to make all out efforts to promote the services of the firm.
- Maintain the records/log of the calls made, call the unreachable any follow up customers from time to time.
- Maintain the notes on progress of sales with customers and for other staff to followup later.
Working in a call centre industry would be an advantage, however not necessary.
Sales experience preferred, not mandatory.
Full training will be provided.
Hold good communication skills.
- Generate interest in products and services, and hunt for a sale or agreement to see sales representatives.
- Create appointments for sales representatives and other staff working in sales department.
- Report on competitor offers and issues raised by contacts/leads for attention by managers or supervisors
- Statistical information of the contacts made in a day and sales achieved.
- Submit weekly reports to the Manager on the daily activity of the call made and their results based on the contact ratio such as no answers, appointments, lead created and call backs.
- Cold calling
- Follow the compliance, companies' policies and procedures whilst selling to the customers.
- Explain complex information to the customers.
Salary:
From ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
