The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team and lead the design efforts for creating intuitive and visually compelling dashboards.

As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience for our digital solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our users and provide actionable insights.

This position requires a deep understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and data visualization.
Your key responsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions.
Create detailed wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the dashboard layout and functionality.

Develop and maintain a clear information architecture for the dashboards', ensuring data is presented in an organized and easily understandable manner.

Define navigation flows and hierarchy for a seamless user experience.
Develop a visually appealing and consistent design language using design system.

Work closely with data scientists and analysts to effectively visualize complex data sets in an accessible and meaningful way for clarity, accuracy, and user comprehension.

Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability testing results.
Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback on the dashboard designs.
Analyze testing results and iterate on designs to enhance usability.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as needed.

To qualify for the role, you must have5-8 years of relevant work experience with a hands on experience in Adobe XD, Figma or any relevant design software.

Experience in Agile, Business Requirements Analysis and Mapping, Client Handling and communication, Adaptability, User Research , Empathy mapping, Information Architecture, Design Thinking and Design System, Data visualization, Visual design, Wireframes & Mock-up creations, Responsive Design , Rapid Prototyping, Usability Evaluation.

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS is value added to the position.
Willingness to mentor team membersSolid thoughtfulness, technical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills
