Talent management:
you will find the right linguists for various projects based on experience and education. You will conduct assessments and screen resources for every project.
- Creating workflows, checklists, and delivery schedules for projects.
- Coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for quotes, timelines, and deliveries.
- Continuously monitoring projects to make sure they are on schedule and giving regular updates to the project manager.
- Maintaining project reports, vendor feedback, and costing sheets for every project.
- Ensure that the projects are executed on time within acceptable costs.
- Prepare Bills for vendors and coordinate with the finance team for payments.
- Maintain good relationships with all internal and external teams.
- Continuously evaluate external vendors and look for new vendors.
- Deliver files to clients and incorporate changes based on their feedback.
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
