Responsibilities

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Developing design briefs that suit the Institutional purpose
  • Work with copywriters and Branding Manager to produce final design
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and onbrand
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
  • Get it proofread by the Content Writer to avoid content errors

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of Software like Corel, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • A cando attitude. No creative task is too small or too big for you to get in there and execute on it.
  • The ability to be a team player who is happy to share ideas, take constructive feedback from teammates and go the extra mile when required
  • The ability to remain flexible and positive if designs need to change or direction is modified.
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at once
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when finalizing designs
  • Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs
  • Effective networking skills to build contacts

Salary:
₹8, ₹28,151.18 per month
