Job Summary

  • Nao Medical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive who will lead strategic sales initiatives, focusing on the healthcare sector, to achieve organizational goals and objectives. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with our vision and mission, fostering relationships with healthcare stakeholders to gather feedback and identify growth opportunities, and conducting market analysis to ensure our competitive positioning in the dynamic healthcare landscape. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and customer service, capable of driving results and building partnerships within the healthcare industry.
Roles & Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Executive with expertise in the US market and a proven track record of working with US clients, your key roles and responsibilities would include:
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies for the US healthcare industry, aligning with the organization's vision and objectives.-
  • Collaborate closely with C-level executives and department managers to drive strategic initiatives and foster growth opportunities within the US market.-
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards in sales and customer service activities, maintaining adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.-
  • Engage proactively with healthcare providers, patients, payers, and other stakeholders in the US market to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance existing programs and services.-
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities, market trends, and potential partnerships within the US healthcare sector, leveraging industry knowledge and insights.-
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis of the US healthcare landscape, including researching trends, cold-calling, challenges, and competitors, to inform strategic decision-making and maintain competitive positioning

Requirements:


  • Reliable wired internet connection with a speed of at least 100 Mbps.
  • Computer/laptop with a minimum of Intel Core i3 processor or equivalent. Having a dual screen for increased productivity is a plus.
  • Operating system: Windows 10 or macOS (latest version) with regular updates.RAM: Minimum 4 GB, preferably 8 GB or more for smoother multitasking.
  • Hard drive: At least 128 GB of free storage space for software and data.
  • Functioning webcam and microphone for clear communication.
  • Updated antivirus software to ensure data security and protection against cyber threats. Having a VPN is preferred but not required.
  • Reliable backup systems for electricity and internet outages in place

Skills and Qualifications- Minimum:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field. Certified Sales Professional (CSP), Certified Professional Salesperson (CPSP), or industry-specific certifications, is a plus. At least 3 years in sales and customer service roles with a minimum of 2 years in the US-based healthcare market. Sales Experience: Proven experience in business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales, account management, or other relevant sales roles. Familiarity with the industry or market segment, this includes understanding market trends, customer needs, competitor analysis, and industry regulations. At least 2 years of experience in cold-calling within the US-based market or industry Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders. Must be able to articulate product or service benefits, negotiate terms, and build rapport with customers/clients/patients. Software:
Familiarity with CRM software systems, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM, may be required. Familiarity with healthcare-specific CRM platforms, data analytics tools, electronic health records (EHR) systems, data analytics tools, healthcare program management platforms, data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA), and relevant technology.
