Description
1) Faults Technician manages faults with help of Help desk Application & trying to resolve in 4 hrs.also there is major issue in network updates given to team leader for quick resolution, update given to customer for major issue of network e.g., Fiber cut, backend issue.
2) Installation Technician Manage installation of area daily & trying close with working 24 hours also updates given to TL for network issue & upgradation of devices & network.4) Signing taking of customer undertaking for Our devices Policy & required information given to customer about device working & requirement.
5) Guidance to customer about Plan & speed, required devices.
6) Sales of new internet connections, Co-ordinate with sales team for feasibility,
7) Coordinate with Fiber team for faults restoration.
