Job Description- Operation Manager

- Mail Communication with Client as well Venders
- Managing process for faulty IT products
- Vender management, Vender relations
- Team handling (Repairing engineer, Store )
- Document verifications (Delivery Note, Invoice, receipt, RMA form, )
- Recovery Management
- Bachelor's degree/ MBA
- Strong budget development and oversight skills
- Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
Pay:
₹15, ₹21,000.00 per month
