Description

Attending the phone calls

Welcome and greet all patients and visitors, in person as well as over the phone

Guide the patients and their family Fix appointments with doctors Capture patient details

Accurately Answer the phone while maintaining a polite and consistent telephone etiquette

Follow up with patients for review

Should be able to OPBilling

Inform and explain the patients with regard to the rates as stipulated in the approved Tariff as and when required.

Deliver the original bill to the patient after collecting the payment.

Salary:
₹10, ₹13,799.21 per month
