**Job Description:
- **As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting telecommunications products and services. Your main responsibility will be to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will work within a dynamic team to achieve sales targets, maintain a well-organized store environment, and stay up-to-date with the latest technological trends in the telecom industry.


Responsibilities:

Customer Assistance:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Listen attentively to customer needs and recommend suitable telecom products and services.
  • Provide detailed information about product features, pricing, plans, and promotions.
  • Assist customers with device setup, troubleshooting, and technical support.

2. Sales and Promotion

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Upsell and crosssell telecom products, accessories, and services to maximize revenue.
  • Educate customers about the benefits of different plans and services.
  • Execute sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.

3. Product Knowledge

  • Stay updated on the latest telecom products, devices, and services.
  • Understand the technical specifications of smartphones, tablets, plans, and data packages.
  • Communicate product knowledge to customers in a clear and understandable manner.

4. Store Operations

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are adequately stocked and displayed.
  • Process customer transactions accurately through POS systems.
  • Assist in merchandising and restocking shelves as needed.

5. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport and establish longlasting relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and effectively.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

6. Team Collaboration

  • Work collaboratively with fellow sales associates and store management.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.

7. Compliance and Security

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
  • Ensure customer information and transactions are handled confidentially.
**Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
  • Previous retail sales experience, preferably in the telecom industry, is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Techsavvy with a good understanding of smartphones, devices, and telecom services.
  • Customerfocused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.

Salary:
₹14, ₹16,000.00 per month
